Astrid Williams, Executive Director
Astrid has been employed by the Community Chest for eleven years; she began as Associate Director and became Executive Director in 2001. Astrid graduated from New England College with a degree in Sociology and earned her masters degree in Management and Fundraising from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Astrid lives in Concord with her fiancée and daughter.
Stephanie Parish, Associate Director
Stephanie joined the Community Chest in 2004 after fundraising in the nonprofit and educational areas. She earned a BA in Economics from Simmons College and worked as an economist at Data Resources Inc. for five years. After graduating from business school at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stephanie worked in marketing and public relations for several technology companies. She lives in Westford with her husband and two daughters.
Debbie Andreson, Administrator
Debbie grew up in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating from Hood College with a BA in Education, she taught for seven years before moving to Concord in 1981. In 1997, when the youngest of her four children entered middle school she started working at the Chest where she manages the data base and is the gift processor.
Cynthia Wood, Bookkeeper
Cynthia has been the Chest’s bookkeeper for 11 years. Cynthia has done bookkeeping for a variety of local small businesses and nonprofits for the last 20 years. She has also served on Town committees and art organization boards.
